PRESIDENTS LUNCH

Come along to our annual Presidents Lunch, have a laugh, catch up with old friends, make new friends and enjoy the afternoon of football too. 

Our special guest for the afternoon will be Gavin Brown, Collingwood Premiership Player, and Captain.

Starting his AFL career at Collingwood in 1987, he went on to play 254 games, and recieved multiple accolades along the way, which included; 

• 3× Collingwood Best & Fairest: 1989, 1994, 1997

• 2× All-Australian team: 1991, 1994

• 2× AFLPA Robert Rose Award 1991, 1992

• Premiership player: 1990

• Collingwood Captain: 1994–1998

• Wrecker Award: 1994, 1998 (1990, coach Leigh Matthews initiated the 'Wrecker Award' at Collingwood for the player who was engaged in the most tackles & 'one-percenters' over the course of the season)

• Australian Football Hall of Fame

• Collingwood Hall of Fame

• Collingwood Team of the Century – interchange
